3d Printed Handle

Problem: I was not strong enough to pull it down on the sides as intended

Solution: 3D print a component that would attach to the T-rail and allow for a strap to be pulled from it

Details:

• 3D printed on Bambu out of ASA - for the strength and UV resistance

• T-nuts also printed and then tapped

• Large assembly had a AL rod added for support and was designed using DfAM techniques

• Print orientation and several extra wall loops were added for strength along the force direction
